Any Exclusive or Non-Exclusive beat used for a project/album or mixtape entitles VIRUS 187 (Beats2Buy.com Producer)  to 10% of the Royalty fee of each song

This includes digital sales, in store sales. radio/TV & Public performances

Use Of Beat(s)

The Instrumentals are purchased with the intent to add vocal tracks, and may not be re-sold or re-published without vocals by any means.

With added vocal tracks, finished products may be distributed freely at any price that suits the beat owner.

Beat Rights

NON-EXCLUSIVE BEATS

are sold with non-exclusive rights. This means that the beat can be purchased by any number of people who wish to use it. You might be looking for non-exclusive beats if you're putting together a mixtape or some sort of personal project, and you don't care whether someone else might have the same beat.

All Non-Exclusive Beats sold on Beats2Buy.com entitle VIRUS 187 to 10% of all Royalty and publishing rights to the finished song/record

EXCLUSIVE BEATS

are sold with exclusive rights. This means that the beat can only be purchased by the first buyer. After an

exclusive beat is sold, It is immediately removed from the site.

If you plan on the commercial release of an album or track, or you just want to know that you are the sole owner of a beat--you're probably looking for exclusive beats.

Producer Credit

If publishing a song using a beat purchased at Beats2Buy.com, the artist must somehow verbally attribute the beat (in writing) and if possible over the beat to "Virus 187".
